Lucknow, Dec 3 (Reporter) Citing atrocities on minorities in Bangladesh, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati on Tuesday demanded the central government to make a statement in Parliament about the situation in the neighbouring country and the safety of minorities. Taking to X, Mayawati posted, "After the coup in the neighbouring country Bangladesh, the violence and atrocities on the Hindu minorities by the new government and the worsening situation there due to it is very sad and worrying. There is a lot of anger among the people of India about this. The government should make a statement on this in Parliament and also take appropriate steps...////...
