Gaya, June 29 (Reporter) Expressing concern at the incidents of bridge collapse in Bihar, the Union Minister, and Hindustani Aawam Morcha (H AM) leader Jitan Ram Manjhi said that the incidents were a matter of investigation and assured that the government would take stern action against those guilty for it. While talking to news persons Manjhi said here on Saturday that the incidents were a matter of grave concern. There is a sudden spurt in bridge collapse incidents hence it is a matter of investigation. Suspecting some conspiracy or use of inferior material in the construction, Manjhi said that hardly one or two incidents of bridge collapse were reported earlier but now the increase in the incidents indicates some conspiracy to defame the government. He said the government was serious about the incidents and actions being initiated against engineers and contractors and assured that the government would certainly initiate strict actions against the culprits. Replying to a query regarding the question paper leak case, Manjhi said such incidents should not have happened and maintained that both state and Central Government were serious.
