New Delhi, May 16 (Reporter) BLS International Services Ltd on Thursday reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), with consolidated net profit surging 69.9 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 145.2 crore and revenue from operations rising 54.7 per cent to Rs 692.8 crore.
The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 174.1 crore during the quarter, a rise of 92.8 per cent over the same period last year, while EBITDA margin improved sharply by 496 basis points to 25.1 per cent. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) grew by 78.3 per cent YoY to Rs 166.7 crore.
The robust quarterly performance was driven by sustained growth in both its key business segments – Visa & Consular Services and Digital Services – as well as continued operational efficiencies and successful integration of acquired entities.
Revenue from the Visa & Consular segment grew 19 per cent YoY to Rs 440.8 crore in Q4, while its EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 150.9 crore, with margins expanding to 34.2 per cent. The company processed 9.83 lakh visa applications during the quarter, a 37.7 per cent increase from the previous year. Net revenue per application rose 26 per cent to Rs 3,149.
Meanwhile, the Digital business reported a 226.1 per cent surge in revenue to Rs 252 crore, supported by volume growth and contribution from the recently acquired Aadifidelis. EBITDA for the segment rose 73.6 per cent YoY to Rs 23.2 crore.
"Q4FY25 capped a landmark year for us with record financials, underscoring the strength of our business model and our strategic focus on value-accretive acquisitions, self-managed operations and digital expansion," said Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director, BLS International.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, BLS reported its highest-ever annual revenue at Rs 2,193.3 crore, a 30.8 per cent increase over FY24. Annual net profit rose 65.7 per cent to Rs 539.6 crore, while EBITDA jumped 82.1 per cent YoY to Rs 629.3 crore.
The EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 28.7 per cent from 20.6 per cent last year.
The Visa & Consular Services segment contributed Rs 1,653.3 crore to revenue in FY25, while Digital Services posted Rs 540 crore. Together, the company facilitated 14 crore digital transactions during the year with Gross Transaction Value (GTV) exceeding Rs 87,000 crore, including Rs 12,000 crore in loan disbursements.
The company ended FY25 with a strong net cash balance of Rs 928 crore.
