Harda (MP), Feb 6 (Reporter) Three serial blasts occurred on Tuesday at a fireworks factory within a village in this district’s Bairagarh area though official confirmation is awaited regarding casualties. Police quoted preliminary reports as saying that the explosions were heard over a radius of 20 km. Dwellings in the vicinity of the factory subsequently caught fire.
