Chandigarh, Jan 30 (Reporter) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won the Chandigarh mayor elections on Tuesday by defeating the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-Congress alliance. The mayor polls were the first clash between the BJP and the India alliance before the Lok Sabha elections. BJP candidate Manoj Kumar secured victory by defeating AAP+ Congress candidate Kuldeep Kumar by a margin of 16 votes.
