Lucknow, Apr 4 (Reporter) Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav said on Thursday that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has broken all records of lies and corruption. In a statement issued here, Akhilesh said that the BJP made false promises to farmers, youth, women, and businessmen. "In the last 10 years, the BJP government at the center has not fulfilled even a single promise. Neither the income of farmers doubled nor the youth got two crore jobs every year," he said. He said that the BJP government has failed to provide security to women. "Crimes against women are increasing. Maximum atrocities are being committed against women in the states where there are BJP governments. The BJP also lied to the public in the name of inflation and unemployment. Instead of decreasing, inflation and unemployment increased at double the speed. By increasing the prices of food items ranging from pulses, vegetables, and milk to diesel-petrol and cooking gas, the BJP government broke the backs of the poor and middle-class people," he said. The SP chief said that corruption in the government has reached its peak. "The BJP collected huge amounts in the name of election donations. Recovery was made for all the companies through intimidation and raids by government agencies (ED, CBI, and IT). Recovery was also made by the company making the anti-corona vaccine.
