Lucknow, Jan 18 (Reporter) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Dara Singh Chauhan on Thursday filed his nomination paper for byelection to one seat of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council (MLC). In September, Chauhan contested by-poll for Ghosi seat as BJP candidate, but lost to Sudhakar Singh of SP by a margin of more than 40,000 votes.
