Bihar: Cabinet sanctions Rs 17,266 Cr for 11,251 roads

Patna, Feb 13 (Reporter) The Bihar Cabinet, under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, on Thursday gave its approval for construction of 11,251 roads at an expenditure of Rs 17,266 crore. The Cabinet in its meeting held here sanctioned the construction of 19,867-km-long roads under Rural Works Department. It also approved an amount of Rs 17,266 crore for it. With this, all damaged roads in 38 districts of the state will be managed and monitord for a long period of seven years. The Cabinet during the meeting approved a total of 51 proposals...////...
