Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that in the interest of soybean-producing farmers in the state, the Bhavantar (price difference) scheme being initiated should be implemented with clear responsibilities assigned to administrative staff at the district level. The scheme’s features should be promoted extensively at all levels to ensure maximum benefit for farmers. Members of Parliament, legislators, and other representatives should also use social media platforms to publicise the scheme. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, committed to farmers’ welfare, has fixed the minimum support price (MSP) for soybean at ₹5,328 per quintal. The Madhya Pradesh government is committed to ensuring that farmers receive the proper value for their produce. Just as farmers have been assured fair prices for paddy and wheat, soybean-producing farmers will also be helped to get their rightful benefits.
