Bengaluru, Sep 29 (Reporter) Arun Singh Dhumal and Avishek Dalmiya were elected as representatives to the Indian Premier League (IPL) Governing Council during the 93rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) held here on Sunday. In addition to Dhumal and Dalmiya's appointments, V Chamundeswarnath was nominated by the Indian Cricketers Association (ICA) as a player representative, further strengthening player representation in the council.
