Taran Tarn, Sep 15 (Reporter) In big blow to trans-border narcotics network, Punjab Police’s Counter Intelligence, Jalandhar, arrested an Army-deserter and recovered 12.5 kg heroin with Pakistan markings, an official said on Sunday.
