New Delhi, July 9 (Reporter) In a key leadership change, Apple names Indian origin Sabih Khan as its new COO, Chief Operating Officer. He is set to join the second key position at the technology giant Apple. Sabih Khan is an Indian origin business executive who currently serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations at Apple. Khan joined Apple’s procurement group in 1995 and rose to the key position of SVP or Senior Vice President in 2019. Academically, Sabih Khan holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and mechanical engineering from Tufts University, as well as a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute or RPI. Tim Cook, Apple CEO, said that Sabih is a great strategist and played a major role in developing Apple’s supply chain.
