Srinagar, Aug 21 (Reporter) Apni Party on Wednesday released the first list of eight candidates for the assembly polls scheduled to be held in three phases from September 18. The names were announced on a day when the party released its manifesto where they promised to strive for Statehood restoration, constitutional guarantee to preserve special identity of J&K and revisit and restore laws that were withdrawn after the abrogation of Article 370. The party announced the names of eight candidates for various assembly segments in South Kashmir- that would go to polls in first phase of election of September 18. The candidates are Rafi Ahmad Mir from Pahalgam, Hilal Ahmad Shah from Anantnag, Tariq Shah Veeri from Bijbehara, Abdul Majeed Padder from DH-Pora, Riyaz Ahmad Bhat from Devsar, Advocate Gowher Hassan Wani from Zainapora, Mir Altaf from Pampore and Advocate Owais Khan from Shopian...////...
