All flights at Damascus airport suspended until Dec 18: NOTAM

Damascus, Dec 8 (Reporter) Syria's largest airports in Damascus and Aleppo suspended all flights from Sunday to December 18 and December 17, respectively, after armed militant groups captured the cities, according to a NOTAM alert. Until recently, Syrian Air and Cham Wings have been operating international flights out of Damascus airport, including to Moscow. The situation at the western Latakia airport remains unclear. The airport in the northeastern Syrian city of Qamishli is controlled by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), with flights operated to Damascus and Beirut. Earlier on Sunday, Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalali said that he and 18 other ministers had decided to remain in Damascus. Al-Jalali also said he had established contact with the leaders of the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group (formerly known as the Nusra Front, banned in Russia) after it entered the city...////...
