Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the Agarwal community has always been at the forefront in contributing to the pride of the nation. The spirit of self-reliance, resilience amid struggles and service to the country are deeply ingrained in the community. In line with this sentiment, the state government will establish multi-purpose ‘Geeta Bhavans’ in cities. These centers will host computer education, welfare activities and other social programs. CM Dr. Yadav appealed to the Agarwal community to extend support in the construction of these ‘Geeta Bhavans’.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a program organised in Gwalior by the Madhya Pradesh unit of the ‘Akhil Bharatiya Agrawal Sangathan’ to mark the staging of the play ‘The Great Maharaja Agrasen’ on Sunday.

The event held at Atal Auditorium of Jiwaji University, was graced by Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Energy Minister Shri Pradyumn Singh Tomar, MP Shri Bharat Singh Kushwaha, National President of Akhil Bharatiya Agrawal Sangathan, Shri Pradeep Mittal, National Working President Shri Ramesh Garg, State President Dr. Rakesh Agarwal, and Shri Jaiprakash Rajouria, among others.

CM Dr. Yadav said that the life of Maharaja Agrasen has always been a source of inspiration, showing society how to lead a meaningful and successful life. Referring to Lord Ganesha as the symbol of wisdom and Goddess Lakshmi as the goddess of wealth, he remarked that both these attributes are present in the Agarwal community. He said, “Wherever the journey begins, the Agarwal community inevitably reaches great heights”. The Chief Minister, citing the role of Bhamashah in Maharana Pratap’s struggle, said that just as Bhamashah stood firmly with the nation in difficult times, the Agarwal community continues to step forward whenever the country needs it. He also noted that with the support of the community, the small unit once known as Jan Sangh has now grown into the world’s largest political party.
