New Delhi, May, 6 (Reporter) A Delhi Special Court after hearing on Monday dismissed the bail application of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K Kavitha, arrested in connection of CBI and ED case related to alleged Delhi Excise Policy. Special Judge for CBI and ED, Kaveri Baweja after hearing arguments on behalf of Prosecution and Defence Counsel dismissed the bail application of Kavitha in both the CBI and ED cases. Government Counsel for Enforcement Directorate(ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) opposed the bail application by submitting before the court that if bail granted at this stage she may tamper with the evidence. So, bail application may kindly be dismissed at this stage. The Enforcement Directorate apprehended Kavitha (46) from her residence in Hyderabad on March 15.Later on Central Bureau of Investigation arrested her and she was in judicial custody in both the cases, which is scheduled to end on May, 7...////...
