On the second Monday of Shravan, July 29th, Baba Mahakal's procession in Ujjain will be graced by the addition of 350 newly trained jawans from the Police Brass Band. Their melodious tunes will amplify the enthusiasm, excitement, and overall attraction of the event. These police jawans have undergone six months of intensive training across all police units in Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, the Police Band will offer a special performance at Dutt Akhara Ghat during the worship on the banks of the Kshipra River. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, recognizing the significance of the Police Band, instructed the establishment of a Police Band in every district and encouraged interested policemen to join by providing them with proper training. Following his directive, jawans received comprehensive instruction in musical instruments and band performance within the state's police units.
