88 candidates in the fray in 7 Lok Sabha constituencies for the second phase

Chief Electoral Officer Shri Anupam Rajan has said that as per the election programme of Lok Sabha Elections-2024, after the process of withdrawal of nomination papers filed for the second phase, now 88 candidates are finally in the fray. On Monday, on the last day of withdrawal of nominations, 5 candidates withdrew their nomination papers.
 
Since the announcement of Lok Sabha elections, 1668 permissions have been issued through Suvidha Portal
