56 candidates file nomination papers on the last day of the second phase

Chief Electoral Officer Shri Anupam Rajan has said that as per the election schedule of Lok Sabha Elections-2024, the process of filing nomination papers for the second phase has been completed. On the last day of filing nominations for the second phase, 56 candidates submitted 84 nomination papers. In the second phase, a total of 157 nomination papers have been filed by 109 candidates.
