Chandigarh, Sep 23 (Reporter) Five new Cabinet Ministers were inducted into Punjab's Bhagwannt Singh Mann led government on Monday. Governor Gulab Chand Kataria administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers at a simple swearing-in ceremony in the Raj Bhavan. Chief Minister Mann and several other dignitaries were present.
