250 specially-abled children from J&K visit Delhi, Agra

New Delhi, Feb 14 (Reporter) As many as 250 specially-abled children from Jammu and Kashmir, comprising of 62 girls and 188 boys in the age group of 6–18 years, visited Delhi and Agra under the ‘Watan Ko Jano’ program. The children also interacted with Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla and other senior officers here on Wednesday, according to an official statement. The program was organized by the Social Welfare Department of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir in coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The MHA and Government of Jammu and Kashmir have been conducting a youth exchange program with the objective of giving exposure to the social and cultural diversity of our country to the youth and children of Jammu and Kashmir.
