Colombo, July 1 (Reporter) At least 15 people were hospitalized when two buses transporting passengers collided with each other at Weweldeniya on the Colombo-Kandy main road on Monday morning, the police said. The Colombo-Kandy main road is one of Sri Lanka's busiest roads and Weweldeniya is about 60 km away from Colombo. The injured were admitted to two regional hospitals, the police said, adding that there was heavy traffic along the route due to the accident. Road accidents are common in Sri Lanka.
