Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav listened to the broadcast of Prime Minister Shri Modi's Mann Ki Baat from his personal office room in Samatva Bhavan (CM’s residence).
In this episode of Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Shri Modi, referring to the recently concluded National Games in Uttarakhand, said that more than 11 thousand athletes from all over the country performed brilliantly. Prime Minister Shri Modi said that this event presented a new form of Devbhoomi in the National Games. He also discussed some memorable performances in these games. While praising 19-year-old pole vaulter Shri Dev Kumar Meena of Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Shri Modi said that Dev Kumar has proved that India's sports future is in the hands of a very talented generation. Prime Minister Shri Modi said that the National Games held in Uttarakhand have also shown us that those who never accept defeat, definitely win. No one becomes a champion with comfort.
