10.35 pc voting recorded till 9 am in 4th phase of LS polls

New Delhi, May 13 (Reporter) An estimated 10.35 percent of 17.7 crore voters cast their votes in the first two hours of the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections on Monday across 10 states and one union territory. According to Election Commission sources, the highest voting percentage was once again recorded in West Bengal at 15.24 and the lowest was 5.07 in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. So far the election process has been smooth since 7 am. "It has been peaceful and transparent, with no untoward incident reported from anywhere," a poll official said.
