Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has taken a significant decision to reduce GST rates, bringing 99% of goods under the 5% GST bracket. Starting Monday, 22 September, on the occasion of Navratri, this will be celebrated as a ‘Savings Festival’. Its benefits will reach all sections of society. CM Dr. Yadav urged all citizens to proudly use indigenous products.
Addressing the media on Sunday evening after Prime Minister Shri Modi’s address to the nation, CM Dr. Yadav said that the auspicious beginning of Navratri coincides with the GST Savings Festival, which is in the interest of all citizens.
